Who Can Avail:

• OFWs with valid overseas employment

• Seafarers with active service records

• Applicants must have a co-borrower who is either a spouse or an immediate relative

General Requirements:

• Two (2) valid government-issued IDs

• Two (2) pieces of 2x2 pictures

• Original proof of billing

• Two (2) proofs of residence (e.g., Police or NBI clearance)

• Marriage contract (if married)

For OFWs:

• Contract of Employment with POEA validation

• OFW Information Sheet (Re-entry)

• Valid visa

• Passport

• OEC / E-receipt (Overseas Employment Certificate)

• Flight details or ticket

For Seafarers:

• Contract of Employment with POEA validation

• Allotment Certificate

• Seafarer’s Registration Certificate (SRC)

• Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) – optional

• Seaman’s Book

• Passport

• Service Record (Embarkation/Disembarkation)
